Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure delivery.
Balance business objectives with user experience, ensuring consistency and refinement.
Monitor industry trends and competitor experiences, and propose actionable improvements.

6–8 years of product/UX design experience.
Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in cross-team collaboration and driving project delivery.
Experience with trading or finance-related products is a plus.
