We are looking for a Senior Front-end developer to join the HoneyBricks engineering team to build the ‘client-side’ of our web applications.
Our mission at HoneyBricks is to bring real estate investing into the digital world. This new market opportunity sits at the intersection of crypto and real estate, and this role will own our product strategy, roadmap and execution.
You'll be empowered to work with a world class team to execute on our company's product and engineering goals, and this role comes with lots of autonomy and influence to build the HoneyBricks product experience.
Develop new user-facing features by translating UI/UX design wireframes to code that will produce visual elements of the products.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Continue to review, evolve and deliver best software development standards, technology, tools and principles
Optimize applications for maximum speed
Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
5+ years work experience as a Front-end developer with hands on experience with markup languages
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging required, and familiarity with Web3.0, Blockchain, Crypto is a plus
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Understanding of layout aesthetics
Familiarity with software like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and content management systems
Experience with Storybook based UI development is a plus
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
