This role requires to work with BtoB Accounts across various time zones and locations (Europe, Emirates, Asia) and will act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to merchants concerns and needs for one of our most recent product.
Main Objectives: - Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships - Support and encourage merchants to optimize the use of our solution - Maintain accurate merchant related records, keeping track of merchants results - Work with other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met - Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell to merchants
