About the role:
As Crypto.com’s Paid Strategy Lead for APAC, you will be responsible for formulating and managing the strategies of paid acquisition campaigns for the region. You will ensure that we are delivering the most efficient paid acquisition campaigns with localized channel mix and creative assets, to meet overall business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for media planning and execution for growth marketing campaigns by working with the global growth marketing team and analytics team, to ensure the campaign success.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and manage the paid acquisition strategies and channel mix for different campaigns across the APAC region.
  • Identify and develop the best performed local channels for the region to accelerate the acquisition efficiency and volume.
  • Establish and maintain the relationship with local agencies to capture the market trend in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the central growth teams (User Acquisition, Analytics etc.) and external agencies to ensure the execution of channel operation and performance tracking.
  • Develop and optimize creative strategies for paid acquisition campaigns by collaborating with the internal Creative team and external agencies.
  • Work closely with the central growth marketing teams to plan and execute bottom funnel strategies for growth marketing campaigns including sponsorship and seasonal campaigns etc;.
  • Join a global team of regional growth functions to ensure learnings, tactics, insights etc. are shared across markets.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing agencies, media publishers or performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of main digital advertising channels such as Google/Facebook/Twitter,etc;,experience and proven record of channel operation and optimization across multiple markets and languages.
  • Experience and proven record of media planning and execution for bottom funnel in complex integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of agency management to deliver and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills and multi-cultural working experience
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently
  • Deep regional understanding of APAC markets

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience involving cross functional teams and stakeholders to align and execute on common goals (both internal and external)
  • People management experience
  • High self-awareness, with the ability to adapt to different levels and backgrounds within the organization
  • Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a distributed team environment spanning time zones and geographies.
