• Yoroi Wallet, one of the most used wallet /web3 wallet in the Cardano ecosystem with 1 Million downloads
• Fibo, An NFT marketplace on Cardano that focuses on preserving cultures and traditions
• Academy, Cardano Blockchain Education for business and developers

What you’ll be doing

• Support the EMURGO employee life cycle as an initial point of contact for a wide range of questions covering topics including, onboarding, orientation events, new hires.
• Maintain data integrity in our HR systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality to ensure compliance with global regulations
• Working with People Operations Team to maintain security, process and create documentation for audits, HRIS maintenance, administrative HR tasks, and talent development projects
• Assist with special projects including employer branding, employee engagement, and DEI
• Lead our collaborative work environment initiatives to boost morale and creatively observe employee milestones.
• Support with team performance management and feedback processes

What you bring to EMURGO

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Operations role
• Strong attention to detail with strong planning skills
• Passion for serving others and a steady focus on the needs of a diverse talent base across the employee lifecycle
• Positive attitude and passion to learn
• Experience working at a small, fast-growing company
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Have fun at work and help others do the same
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency
