Blockchain Software Engineer

A few words about you working with us

We are looking for a skilled blockchain developer to join our team, which consistently raises the bar on innovation, customer experience and technical services.

The tech stack is based on blockchain technology.

Your daily tasks

• Being involved in the research, design, development and testing of blockchain technologies.
• Backend development pertaining to the blockchain
• Interface integration with other systems and Apps
• Take initiative and proactively work on improving your skills and share knowledge with your colleagues

Schedule

This is a full time 40-hour per week role.

We expect you to be available on a daily basis, during operation hours (10:00 to 18:00)

Location

This job follows the hybrid model. Feel free to organize your weekly programme & choose your days in the office

You can work from our offices at SKG or ATH

Experience

We expect you to perform and take initiative based on your professional experience

Skills

• Three (3) years of professional experience in software engineering in Blockchain platforms, preferrable Ethereum
• Familiar with Blockchain technology, distributed ledgers technologies and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum,etc)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript
• Familiarity with the working of peer-to-peer networks
• You are self-motivated and self-managed. You can take initiative on what to work on a given day from a pool of available tasks with clear priorities. If you are blocked by an external issue, you communicate the situation and then work on the next available task
• Strong communicative skills so you can clearly and professionally express your thoughts, concerns, and feedback both verbally and in writing (English/Greek). You can communicate both within the company and to external stakeholders, like clients or open-source contributors
