Responsibilities

    • Support the crypto payments team to execute on payment solution enablement for key strategic merchants and channel partners.
    • Drive end-to-end implementation of strategic projects (e.g. loyalty, b2b payments)​.
    • Assist in merchant growth strategy and planning. E.g. Identify strategic verticals.
    • Launch international scheme based binance card in the region.
    • Lead and execute market launch plans in target markets. E.g. Company set-up, license application, resourcing.
    • Provide strategic inputs on product direction and drive new business development initiatives e.g. loyalty and payout solutions. Candidate has to be up to date with both payment and crypto trends. 
    • Co-lead strategic marketing initiatives with merchants and strategic partners to drive greater brand awareness. E.g. Socials, campaigns, communications.

Requirements

    • Min 3-5 years experience in the payment industry and consulting 
    • A degree or relevant work experience, a major in Finance/International Business is preferred
    • Previous operational experience with banking/wallet channels is a plusInterest in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and trading or finance/banking/payments industry
    • Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience
    • Data-savvy, understand basic metrics of operations
    • Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
    • Capable of working under pressure
    • Cooperative with strong team spirit and willingness to motivate colleagues on the Customer Support Team
    • Fluent in English, additional regional languages are a bonus
