Web3 Compliance Learning and Development Senior Officer

We are seeking a L&D Senior Officer to support our expansion into all global frontiers and provide support to the Group Compliance L&D Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts a yearly review of training and development needs
• Creates training and development programs and goals
• Manages expenditures against the departmental budget
• Obtains and/or creates excellent training materials via the use of a range of media
• Ensures that managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development are trained and coached
• Employee development and training events are planned, organised, facilitated, and supplied
• Creates and maintains corporate communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to keep staff informed about training and development activities and resources
• Follows up on all finished training to evaluate and quantify resultsModifies programs as neededWorks well as part of a team with other members of management and HR personnel

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years directly related experience in L&D role with a substantial knowledge of setting up processes and training framework
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• An undergraduate degree is required and a law degree is a plus
• Professional certifications (L&D, ACAMS) is a plus
