Web3 Compliance Officer ( Product)

Responsibilities

• In charge of the compliance review of our products and services' new features
• Appropriately assess compliance risk on business suggestions for product development, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its users and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy and procedures, applying sound ethical principles  
• Work closely in partnership with the Marketing, Product, Legal and Customer Service teams 
• Ensure consistency between global and local practices and will work hand-in-hand with other global compliance team members
• Assist in the drafting or update of policies and procedures, and identify process gaps and opportunities

Requirements

• 2/3+ years of experience in compliance 
• Experience gained from a reputable consulting firm, fintechs or other financial institutions
• Experience in financial crimes compliance is desirable (AML-CTF, sanctions, fraud, corruption, loi pacte)
• Active interest in the cryptocurrency industry
• Strong sense of team spirit and cross-functional collaboration
• Willing to get hands-on with challenges
• Initiative driven
• Excellent command of written and spoken French and English
