Content Lead (Crypto)

Blockovate is a new and ambitious marketing agency on a mission to help innovative blockchain based solutions reach their target audience.

Role

We are looking for a Content Lead to join our busy, fast-growing and ambitious team. Working closely with the Directors, you will be charged with delivering the strategy and execution of marketing our exciting blockchain projects.

Your core role is to ensure content is produced and edited to a high standard and delivered on time. Alongside this, you will be managing a number of different project workflows, working on PR pieces, cooperating with the SEO manager and creatively considering new angles to help drive our clients’ growth via engaging and topical content strategies.

The ideal candidate will be someone who both loves to drive editorial standards, but also wants to grow in a managerial capacity in working closely with our agencies, senior team and developing the editorial team and process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to be part of something big from the start, and will have a great deal of autonomy to implement your own ideas and make a huge impact on a growing business.

Key accountabilities

• Delivering on a world class and high velocity content marketing strategy involving dozens of media partners, across numerous countries, to be able to promote our clients
• Management of multiple teams and agencies to be able to deliver on the designed content strategy
• Identifying new strategies and tactics in order to be able to help our clients gain further visibility through content marketing
• Delivering a content strategy reflective of a 6-figure monthly budget
• Driving revenue for clients through content marketing in partnership with the marketing team

• 5+ years experience working in a Content position, ideally in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Experience working with financial products, ideally within blockchain.
• Extreme eye for detail with content
• Demonstrated success in running and implementing content processes with clear KPIs.
• Familiarity and experience in developing multiple content formats including blogs, videos, guides, case studies etc.
• Good understanding of how search engine optimisation and content marketing overlap.
• Good understanding or experience in the blockchain or crypto industry
