Role
Join us as the Head of Community, where you'll lead our community growth efforts across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and more. Responsibilities include daily reporting on community growth, identifying new growth techniques to achieve KPIs and goals, overseeing and moderating activity within Telegram and Discord, providing higher-level reports on moderator performance, delivering weekly revenue reports for both platforms, monitoring community sentiment and managing FAQs, developing a 4-week content plan for Telegram and Discord, organising weekly events on both platforms, managing shillers for the project, taking ownership of ICO listings, collaborating with key stakeholders on a weekly basis, and providing weekly revenue reports for Telegram and Discord.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community-building strategies to cultivate a strong and engaged audience across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and more.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and key stakeholders, nurturing a sense of belonging and loyalty.
• Lead community engagement initiatives, including AMAs, events, and contests, to drive participation and interaction.
• Monitor community feedback and sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and development teams to align community efforts with broader business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our community strategies and initiatives.

• Proven community management with experience in crypto and blockchain projects.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics, engagement tactics, and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build relationships.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and the web3 ecosystem is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and have experience leading a team of Mods, contractors and freelancers to hit KPIs.
