Web3 Customer Support Manager

Location: Sydney, Australia

A bit about the role: Founded in 2018, Immutable is an Australian-based company and market leader in blockchain technology and gaming. Our greatest passion has been real digital assets in games using the ethereum blockchain so players can effectively play and earn through our Immutable X trading platform.   Gods Unchained (GU) is one of the most successful blockchain TCG games. Given the success with GU and the increasing playerbase, we have created a new role as a Customer Support Manager to manage the external customer service team in Vietnam for all player enquiries and issues.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take ownership and drive new initiatives to further increase the level of satisfaction of our Gods Unchained players!
