Monad Foundation is hiring a Web3 Developer Relations Engineer (Mobile)

The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.
The Role
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Developer Relations Engineer to spearhead the growth and support of Monad's mobile developer community. You'll be at the forefront of empowering ambitious builders, providing them with the essential tools, resources, and guidance to create best-in-class mobile applications within the innovative Monad ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Champion Mobile Development on Monad by developing and delivering high-quality educational resources specifically tailored for mobile developers (e.g. blog posts, videos, tooling, tutorials, documentation, sample code, guides)
Evangelize the power and potential Monad’s technology to developers with clear communication at conferences and hackathons
Lead and support impactful initiatives such as mobile-focused hackathons, specialized builder programs, and industry events to foster a vibrant and collaborative developer community
Actively grow and manage Monad's developer communities (e.g., Discord, Telegram, forums) by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for mobile developers
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mobile development (iOS and Android) and the broader Web3 space to ensure our resources and strategies remain cutting-edge
Who You Are
2+ years of proven experience in developer relations, with a strong interest and knowledge of the web3 ecosystem
3+ years of experience as a mobile developer, in Android or iOS
Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and development workflow
Technically opinionated on what it takes to ship a dapp on mobile
Prior app development experiencDDevee, as evidenced with personal and professional projects (e.g. Github)
Technical writing experience
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
