Web3 Director of Marketing for NFT project

Join Reality Cards, the first (and only) NFT Prediction Market that connects virtual and physical worlds! NFTs are the hottest trend in the web3 space right now and we are on the edge of changing the way you experience real-world events by collecting digital souvenirs from the future.

You'll get to work, learn, and grow with a technical team experienced in blockchain and web3. We have been building for over a year what’s going to be the future of outcome ownership. Our product is not only validated but it evolved enormously after countless iterations based on user feedback gathered during our beta release.

We have a solid team of investors and advisors behind us. We have also been featured by influencers and publications. We are already growing a community deeply passionate about Reality Cards. And we are preparing for the next phase which will be a Reality Event™ never seen before (more details to be revealed during the interview.)

We need you to lead and manage the marketing strategy for our product. Are you up for the challenge?

Requirements:

• Have a background in online marketing, statistics, and funnel building.
• A deep understanding of various user acquisition channels, e.g., search engine results, paid ads, email referrals, organic traffic, social media referrals, etc.
• A degree of familiarity with the web3 ecosystem and the projects within the space, in particular the NFT space.
• Ability to make initiatives and see them to the end without supervision.

• Craft marketing strategies with a focus on growth;
• Lead and manage the execution of your strategy;
• Coordinate with external parties for successful cooperation;
• Analyze results and adjust accordingly;
• Maintain constant awareness and adapt to the fast-changing web3 space.

You are going to work on a flexible schedule. Typically team meetings happen between 8:00-13:00 UTC timezone, availability during these hours is desirable.
