  • Build strategic partnerships with Telegram-native apps, channels, and communities.
  • Lead PR initiatives and represent Tribute at events, panels, and conferences.
  • Drive awareness and credibility across Web2 and Web3 creator spaces.

Team & Operations

  • Shape and lead a high-performing marketing team (performance, content, comms, partnerships).
  • Define KPIs, run marketing with a strong experimentation and data-driven culture.
  • Align marketing closely with company priorities and product development roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in marketing roles, including 2+ years in a senior or head of marketing capacity.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking with hands-on operational capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, product marketing, and brand building.
  • Familiarity with the Telegram ecosystem or creator economy is a strong plus.
  • Result-driven, analytical, able to move fast in a startup environment with a strong focus on speed of learning and iteration.

Why it is a fantastic opportunity:

  • Our business is growing at an exponential scale.
  • Non-bureaucratic management that focuses on results.
  • Regular performance reviews to assess your progress.
  • Remote setup with access to our hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London and Belgrade.
  • Compensation for medical expenses.
  • Provision of necessary equipment.
  • 20 working days of paid vacation annually.
  • 11 days off per year.
