Tasks

As the Head of User Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our platform by strategically driving user growth across various channels. You will leverage your experience and networks to maximize our reach and impact through affiliate marketing, key opinion leaders (KOLs), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and media partnerships. Your goal will be to implement and optimize user acquisition strategies that align with our mission and market positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy that targets Web 2.5 users, focusing on scalability and sustainable growth.
  • Channel Management: Identify, evaluate, and optimize various acquisition channels, including but not limited to affiliate networks, KOL partnerships, PPC campaigns, and media outreach.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance and user engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Network Expansion: Utilize your existing relationships in the digital marketing and crypto spaces to secure advantageous partnerships and collaborations.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the user acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize growth and meet KPIs.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in user acquisition tactics, adapting strategies as needed to maintain competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in user acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the tech or crypto industries.
  • Strong network of contacts in digital marketing, affiliate channels, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of Web 2.5 and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents for user acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing diverse acquisition channels, including KOLs, PPC, affiliate marketing, and media relations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
