We are now looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager who can help us to elevate Confirmo's brand and bring our marketing up to the level of our product as we shift strategic focus to the US. We have just recently entered the US market.

What You’ll Do

  • Run marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and events to drive B2B lead generation

  • Support sales with targeted outreach materials, case studies, and presentations for enterprise prospects

  • Help refine our messaging for target audiences and ensure it’s consistent across all channels

  • Coordinate with design to produce marketing assets aligned with our brand identity

  • Manage website content updates and track traffic, engagement, and conversions

  • Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, conferences, and industry events

  • Monitor competitor marketing activity and share actionable insights with the team

  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization

  • Collaborate with leadership and external consultants on brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing experience in the payments industry is a must

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)

  • Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Proactive and adaptable — comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with occasional strategic projects

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams
