Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Director of Marketing to develop, implement, track and optimize our Digital, Product and Consumer marketing initiatives across all channels.  Our Director of Marketing will manage the marketing team and be responsible for creating and managing the day-to-day marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for the company. Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world offering users the ability to buy Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations. We currently trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BTM.  Responsibilities

Direct the operations of our Google Ads strategy and campaigns.   Direct the operations of our strategy and campaigns of Meta, Twitter, Linkedin and other relevant platforms Manage the planning and execution of multiple concurrent outbound marketing automation campaigns  Manage the administration and optimization of the Bitcoin Depot website.   Manage the listing process for our 8400 + locations, including managing the external listings agency.  Ensure that our listings are top of the list in organic map searches. Measure and report performance, trends and insights on all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Manage and develop advertising creatives or blogs through coordination with staff copywriters and designers Create demand-generation and lead collection campaigns and manage our agencies and vendors conducting these campaigns on our behalf Oversee creation and execution of our comprehensive social media and PR Strategy Create a regular publishing schedule for relevant social media channels;  Develop and execute strategies to place Bitcoin Depot at the top of relevant SEO searches

Translate messaging into meaningful and contextual benefits that feed into the development of creative presentations, demonstrations, collateral, blogs, video and email marketing campaigns,and retention campaigns Develop sales plays and enablement tools focused on helping inside sales, field sales teams, and channel partners. Understand target markets and buyers, buyer personas, pains points, and key messages Develop cross product programs and initiatives that will drive further market penetration Manage preparation, support and logistics for scheduled conference trade shows

Qualifications The successful candidate must have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science or a related field 10+ years of related experience in a fast-paced working environment Strong data analysis experience to include advanced Excel skills and in-depth understanding of ROI Expert level experience in Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Data Studio or equivalent tools Website design, SEO & SEM experience Must be able to meet deadlines, develop concise reports, and to meet the expectations of executive management on project deliverables. Strong work ethic (a “That’s not my job.” attitude will not work at Bitcoin Depot.)

Strongly preferred:

SQL, Power BI or Tableau experience Experience managing vendor and partner relationships Excellent writing and presentation skills

Ability to build business models based on user insights and data with SQL/Excel proficiency Knowledge of bitcoin and the blockchain

Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
