We're seeking a hands-on leader who thrives on genius marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive growth through exceptional content, collaborations, and community engagement. As our Web3 CMO, you'll be at the forefront of generating Hype and Buzz around our innovative projects.

Tasks

  • Develop, execute, and oversee all of our marketing strategies, ensuring successful launches to hype our brand and establish our leadership and visibility within the Web3 space.
  • Develop content that captivates and drives engagement across diverse channels. Craft narratives that showcase our unique value and a message that resonates with our vision and amplifies our brand.
  • Lead and manage our social media engagement, leveraging various platforms and innovative tools that cultivate and grow our communities through engaging content, community interaction, events, and networking.
  • Connect and collaborate with stakeholders and build strategic alliances that hype our marketing efforts forward.
  • Measure, analyze, budgetize, and report the effectiveness of our initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making.

Requirements

💼 Must-Have:

  • A proven track record of at least five years in progressively senior marketing roles, with successful product launches in the Web3 Industry.
  • Prior experience at an early-stage technology startup, ideally in the FinTech, RegTech, or Crypto industries.
  • Track record of revenue growth through innovative campaigns and PR.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach to driving results, with a knack for building relationships and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Documented ability to perform strategic and economic analyses contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, with proficiency in other languages being a bonus.
