Superstate is modernizing capital markets through onchain financial products, and weâre looking for a Content & Social Lead to help tell that story.
This role sits at the intersection of narrative development and execution. Youâll help turn company priorities, product updates, and market themes into a cohesive stream of owned content across social, blog, and newsletter channels ensuring Superstateâs story is consistently represented across the market.
Youâll play a key role in expanding Superstateâs owned media presence during a critical growth phase, working closely with PR/Comms to build and reinforce Superstateâs communications pillars. The right candidate is a strong writer who also understands social strategy, trend analysis, and how stories move through the market â from thought-leadership pieces to quick-turn threads or partner campaigns.
Your audience is institutional and ecosystem-driven, not retail. Youâll write for decision-makers across capital markets, blockchain infrastructure, and institutional investing. The goal is to build clarity, credibility, and visibility, not hype.

Editorial & Owned Channel Management
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to build and execute an editorial calendar across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, company blog, monthly newsletter, and help determine other impactful channels.
- Translate Superstateâs narratives and communications pillars into recurring, high-quality content.
- Write, edit, and publish content that makes complex financial and blockchain topics accessible, accurate, and compliant.
- Repurpose announcements, partner updates, and earned coverage into threads, posts, and newsletter recaps.
- Track ecosystem trends, identify opportunities for timely engagement, and ensure Superstateâs voice stays visible in industry conversations.
- Maintain a consistent institutional tone and brand voice across all owned channels.
Campaign & BD Support
- Write copy for partner campaigns, issuer launches, and ecosystem announcements when relevant.
- Develop supporting materials for the BD team including one-pagers, short decks, and case-study shells that communicate Superstateâs value to issuers and partners when relevant.Â
- Collaborate with BD, PR/Comms, and Marketing to align messaging and ensure regulatory accuracy.
- Manage content workflows and asset timelines to keep campaign launches coordinated.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years in content, communications, or marketing roles within fintech, capital markets, or crypto infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of social and editorial strategy, how to break stories into multiple formats and sustain momentum across channels.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to simplify complex or regulated topics while maintaining precision.
- Familiarity with financial and crypto news cycles and how to tie brand storytelling to industry trends.
- Experienced in B2B and institutional communication (not consumer or retail).Collaborative, low-ego, and able to work cross-functionally within a lean, high-performing team.
- Comfortable balancing recurring editorial work with fast-turnaround campaign writing.
