As Senior Marketing Lead, you will define our “Brand North Star,” craft a compelling narrative for our company, and ensure that all communications, research investments, and ecosystem engagements reinforce our strategic vision. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role: you’ll work closely with the founders, trading unit, protocol ecosystem leads, research & development, and partnerships to translate our company’s mission into a coherent, resonant, and credible presence across the entire crypto landscape. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, thrives in an entrepreneurial Web3 environment, and wants to significantly shape how Staking Facilities shows up internally, externally, and across our ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Positioning & Narrative Building

• Define our Brand North Star and translate our vision/mission into a clear, credible narrative that guides all strategic and operational initiatives.

• Develop differentiated ecosystem strategies for Solana, Sui, Ethereum, and Double Zero - including positioning, value proposition, success metrics, and strategic focus areas.

• Build an Ecosystem Playbook:

  • Thesis & strategic rationale

  • Landscape analysis of key players & themes

  • Relevant metrics

  • Communications guidelines

  • Community engagement frameworks

• Shape our brand voice: act as a culture ambassador and guardian of values, ensuring our tone, colors, and message reflect who we are and what we stand for.

Stakeholder Communication

• Design and maintain a clear, multi-layered communications framework tailored to diverse stakeholders:

  • delegators

  • developers

  • institutional clients

  • shareholders

  • foundations

  • communities

  • regulators

  • internal teams

• Ensure our messaging is consistent, transparent, and aligned across all channels.

Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence

• Identify emerging trends worth owning - and determine where Staking Facilities should participate, lead, or invest.

• Define research themes (internal and external) that strengthen our position and support key strategic bets.

• Expand our presence beyond Twitter and LinkedIn by recommending high-leverage channels, formats, and forums for long-form insights and ecosystem influence.

Cross-Functional Strategy Support

• Provide strategic clarity and communication support to emerging areas - e.g. the Trading Unit (research support, visibility, value framing, transparency level).

• Anticipate upcoming topics and proactively structure messaging, narratives, and alignment processes across teams.

Design & Brand Execution

• Coordinate and guide our current rebranding process with our agency and bring this new concept to life

• Maintain our brand language across all formats, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone.

• Collaborate with design to translate strategy into cohesive campaigns, assets, and communication materials.

Operational Marketing Leadership

• Build and manage the Marketing Roadmap and run it through our operating rhythm (“Pulse”).

• Oversee events: both company-hosted and participation at key ecosystem conferences.

• Manage partnerships (e.g. Superteam) and orchestrate joint initiatives.

• Own social media channels and website presence, ensuring quality, clarity, and brand integrity.

Who you are 

• You have proven experience in Web3 / crypto marketing, ideally in fast-moving, ecosystem-driven environments.

• Strong expertise across brand strategy, content strategy, stakeholder management, and project execution.

• High analytical capability paired with creativity - able to form structured theses and turn them into engaging narratives.

• Strategic ownership combined with hands-on execution; comfortable switching between conceptual work and practical delivery.

• Ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with high autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex topics into compelling stories and clear messaging.

• You are genuine interest in blockchain, crypto ecosystems, and emerging market structures.
