Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate the daily reconciliation process for various types of crypto-native transactions, including ERC 20, 721, and 1151, as well as SAFT and venture equity transactions.
- Collaborate with the fund administrator, prime brokers, and other third-party service providers to investigate and resolve trade, position, cash, and settlement discrepancies.
- Take charge of evaluating venture investments and crypto holdings.
- Supervise the examination of quarterly and annual financial statements and audits.
- Provide support for the establishment of new funds by actively engaging and onboarding relevant third-party service providers.
- Ensure data accuracy for the investment team and investors by utilizing diverse reporting tools.
- Contribute to the implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Expectations & Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an operational role at a hedge fund or VC fund.
- Essential interest in the field of cryptocurrency; prior experience with cryptocurrency is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in trade lifecycle and reconciliation systems.
- Preferably possess a degree in Accounting (BA/MA) or hold a CPA qualification.
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of effectively managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable with remote work and the ability to work independently.
