The Role

As a Financial Partnership Manager at KAST, your primary responsibility is to nurture our financial partner ecosystem. Your role is critical to our growth, as you will be the face of KAST to our banking partners, payment providers, and other financial institutions. You will enable the product roadmap by optimising and expanding key financial partner relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner Selection: Assessment and selection of partners that enable the product roadmap.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic financial partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiation of new contracts and agreements with partners.
  • Product Advocacy: Educate partners on new KAST products and features, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between partners and our internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform our partnership strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-8+ years proven experience in fintech or crypto partnerships
  • Deep experience collaborating with industry partners, with an established network in your geography.
  • Skilled in structuring and finalising commercial deals necessary to expand acceptance and launch new products.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, product-driven environments by proactively managing complex internal and external stakeholder requirements and dependencies.
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator capable of fostering alignment across technical, business, and executive teams.
  • Successfully managed and coordinated complex projects involving multiple teams and deliverables.
