SSV Labs is hiring a Web3 Global Events Manager
Compensation: $90k - $119k estimated

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Events Manager to join ssv.labs, a pioneering company developing ssv.network within the Ethereum staking industry. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including online events, offline events and conferences, hackathons, and public speaking engagements. You will also secure speaking opportunities at various industry events. As part of our marketing team, you will work closely with our Business Development and management teams to ensure that our events align with our strategic goals and brand messaging. This is a fully remote position, and we are looking for someone who is independent, proactive, and capable of bringing significant value to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events, including conferences and hackathons.
- Secure keynotes, podcast appearances, panel opportunities, and other speaking engagements.
- Manage and plan the yearly event budgeting plan.
- Oversee event branding, including content and activities.
- Coordinate co-marketing opportunities with our partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships to promote ecosystem synergy.
- Coordinate with Business Development and management teams to align event strategies with company goals.
- Work as part of the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies.
- Ensure seamless execution of all events, focusing on participant engagement and overall event success.
- Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in blockchain events management, with proven experience in planning and executing successful events, both online and offline.
- Native English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Ethereum industry and established connections with event organizers and industry leaders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating proactive and self-motivated qualities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to travel worldwide to various crypto events.
