EV Hotel is the world’s first smart hotel brand, integrating over 20 smart devices in every guest room—controlled entirely through our proprietary EV Smart App. From the EV Smart Mirror and EV Smart Toilet to the EV Smart Faucet, our brand redefines luxury with innovation. EV Hotel eliminates the traditional front desk, offering guests seamless service via “experience” team members. We also feature the industry's first crypto trade floor—similar to NYSE—and use our own EV Smart platform for PMS, back office, and contactless operations.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Global Group Chief Executive Officer to lead EV Hotel’s continued expansion and global strategy. This position is based in Atlanta with mandatory monthly executive meetings in New York City. The CEO will oversee daily operations, financial strategy, business development, and global market penetration. You will spearhead innovation, shape strategic partnerships, and drive new revenue streams across hospitality and crypto verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global operations and cross-functional teams

Drive financial performance, investor relations, and profitability

Oversee strategic planning, market expansion, and business development

Lead adoption of EV’s crypto, blockchain, and NFT integrations

Collaborate with tech and operations teams to refine smart hotel experiences

Represent the brand in high-level partnerships, media, and investor engagements

Direct report to Chairman and BOD


Qualifications:

10+ years in executive leadership (hospitality, fintech, or tech startups preferred)

Proven experience in Finance, Strategic Planning, and Global Operations

Expertise in Crypto, Blockchain, NFT, and/or Exchange platforms

Strong business acumen with ability to scale multi-market operations

Proficiency in Sales, Revenue Growth, and Investor Relations

Leadership experience in UAE and Latin America markets (preferred)

Hospitality industry or crypto innovation background a strong plus

MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field
