Web3 Growth Lead

Terrace is a multi-wallet, non-custodial crypto trading terminal and broker. We offer best price routing, advanced order types, synthetic pairs, token screening, and portfolio management on 12 chains. You can use Terrace for DeFi-only (no-KYC) or get access to the world's top CEX, OTC, and MM via our KYC-ed platform. Think DeBank, 1inch/Matcha, DEX Screener, and more rolled into one. We're the degen platform for institutions and the institutional platform for degens.

We are looking for a DeFi-native growth lead which will ensure the success of our new non-KYC prosumer/retail DeFi terminal. You will work hand in hand with the CEO who owns pre-launch responsibility and leads our institutional sales. After launch, you will have the overall responsibility for the growth of Terrace's on-chain platform.

What We Expect From You

• Plan & execute a successful launch of Terrace and reach trading volume and userbase goals. This will include engaging with ct and kol folks for beta and beyond.
• Continuously grow userbase, engagement, and visibility Terrace leveraging your existing knowledge and network in and outside DeFi
• Lead all social
• Translate our technical innovation into practical, shareable communication and ensure that our target users are aware and excited about our new product
• Shape the narrative and be the public ambassador for the new product - online and on stage
  
  

What You Have To Offer

• You have at least a few years of experience working in a similar role in Defi and have delivered impressive growth results
• You are data-driven, knowledgeable of tracking tools and used to setting and reaching ambitious targets
• You have a large network and good reputation in DeFi
• You have experience building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
• You have experience leading small teams but don’t shy away from being hands-on
• You are eloquent and fluent in English (oral and written)
• You are an active on-chain trader - the more degen the better.
