As the Office Manager, you will help support the day-to-day operations of our Bitcoin mining site and HQ2, ensuring a polished, efficient, and well-stocked workspace. While your core responsibilities center around the main location, you will also provide remote support to additional offices by coordinating with onsite managers and floating between locations as needed. This is an in-person role based at our Norcross site, working closely with both corporate and site-based teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Success in this Role Looks Like:
-Keeping operations seamless and consistent across multiple offices.
-Proactive problem-solving and ownership of day-to-day logistics.
-High responsiveness and clear communication across teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors and staff to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail: check, log, and distribute physical mail for multiple locations.
- Oversee office inventory (supplies, snacks, toiletries), place orders, and ensure daily restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared areas (conference rooms, breakrooms, etc.).
- Coordinate catering and food delivery for staff events, meetings, and daily needs.
- Create and manage shipping labels, coordinate FedEx/UPS drop-offs and pickups for non-mining activities.
- Execute offsite errands such as mail runs, FedEx drop-offs, and urgent supply needs.
- Assist with internal communications: flyers, invitations, travel booking, and event planning.
- Serve as a liaison to remote office teams—coordinate needs, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when required.
- Float to other office locations occasionally to ensure consistency in operations.
- Provide additional administrative support and special project coordination as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus—but not required
- 2– 4 years of administrative, office coordination, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adjusting to a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently while staying in sync with a distributed team
- Eagerness to grow within a high-performing, tech-driven company
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local office errands.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs for supply restocking and occasional event setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in emerging technologies, especially Bitcoin, blockchain, or sustainable energy
- Experience working in tech, fintech, or startup environments
- Experience supporting highly technical teams or fast-paced operational teams
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Tipalti, DocuSign, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and FedEx Manager.
$65,000 - $90,000 a year
This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such, candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
