We are seeking a Chief Executive Growth Officer to lead SVPay’s growth strategy, merchant acquisition, sales execution, partnerships, and go-to-market expansion. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can help turn a unique product into real merchant adoption. What You’ll Own * Build and execute SVPay’s go-to-market and growth * Lead merchant acquisition across small business, mid-market, multi-location, and enterprise opportunities * Build outbound sales campaigns, referral systems, partnership channels, and onboarding processes * Develop pricing, revenue models, sales materials, and performance metrics * Create repeatable systems for lead generation, demos, follow-up, conversion, and retention * Build and manage strategic partnerships with merchants, operators, referral partners, and industry contacts * Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to align SVPay’s platform with real market needs * Help position SVPay against traditional processors, POS systems, loyalty platforms, and crypto payment competitors * Represent SVPay in key external meetings, sales conversations, partnerships, and industry opportunities Ideal Experience * Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in merchant services, payments, fintech, SaaS, POS systems, loyalty platforms, or enterpr * Demonstrated ability to build and close a sales pipeline from zero * Strong understanding of how businesses evaluate payment costs, customer loyalty, operational efficiency, and ROI * Ability to sell to business owners, operators, executives, franchise groups, and enterprise decision-makers * Strong finance and business planning skills, including revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and growth modeling * Operations experience with the ability to scale processes, optimize workflows, and improve execution * Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including comfort with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Strategic enough to build the plan, but hands-on enough to personally execute * Startup or early-stage company experience strongly preferred Bonus Experience * Stablecoins, crypto payments, blockchain payments, digital wallets, Solana * Prior relationships with restaurants, convenience stores, retail groups, franchises, hospitality groups, or enterprise merchants * Experience building reseller, referral, channel, or strategic partnership programs * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field * MBA or equivalent executive-level experience is a plus Stablecoin experience is a strong bonus, but not required. The most important requirement is the ability to sell, build trust, close deals, and drive real business growth. Compensation SVPay is a startup in its infancy, so this is not a traditional fixed-salary corporate role at this stage. Compensation will be based on selling performance, merchant acquisition, signed partnerships, revenue growth, and overall business growth created for SVPay. This is a seriously high-upside opportunity. Because SVPay is starting from the ground floor, the right growth leader has the ability to help shape the company from zero merchant adoption into a scalable payments business. For someone who can sell, build trust, close merchants, and drive meaningful adoption, the upside is substantial — with earning potential tied directly to performance, growth, and results. Compensation structure may include performance-based pay, commission, bonuses, revenue-based incentives, equity or equity-like upside, advisory equity, profit participation, or other startup compensation packages depending on experience, fit, and contribution level. For the right long-term partner, SVPay may also consider stock options or equity-based compensation tied to major company milestones, including future fundraising, acquisition, liquidity events, or the possibility of SVPay becoming a publicly traded company. This is an opportunity for someone who understands that early-stage startup compensation is built on execution, ownership, growth, and long-term upside — not simply a traditional paycheck.
