Who We Are
SkyTrade is the planet’s first air-rights marketplace (n→1), operating at the intersection of Real-World Assets (RWA) and DePIN. We work with institutional real-estate players, homeowners, cities, drone operators, and crypto-native investors. Our users range from Manhattan landlords to DeFi degens in Singapore. You’ll learn to think in both Excel and memes.
We’re a pre-TGE startup with big ambition and a bias for action. As a BD Intern, you’ll work directly with founders and help turn curiosity into qualified pipelines, pilots, and partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Research & Market Mapping: Identify target accounts (real estate owners, air-rights brokers, municipalities, drone fleets, telcos) and build clean lead lists.
 - Outbound & Qualification: Draft outreach, run first-touch emails/LinkedIn, book intro calls, and qualify opportunities against our ICP.
 - Pipeline Hygiene: Keep the CRM spotless—notes, next steps, owners, close dates. Turn scattered info into clear dashboards.
 - Sales Enablement: Help assemble pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal shells tailored to each stakeholder.
 - Deal Support: Sit in on calls, take crisp notes, chase actions, help prepare LOIs/MOUs from templates, and track pilots to decision.
 - GTM Ops: Log patterns from calls, surface objections, and propose experiments by segment/geo (U.S., MENA, APAC, LatAm).
 - Cross-Functional: Coordinate with product, legal, and marketing so promises match capabilities and loops close fast.
 - Events & Community: Assist with targeted events, demo prep, and light Web3/X/Telegram community outreach when relevant.
 
What You’ll Learn
- Enterprise BD fundamentals across real estate, drones, and tokenized infrastructure.
 - How air rights, property markets, and DePIN incentives actually work.
 - Hands-on CRM discipline, outbound tactics, and founder-led sales.
 - How to turn a messy frontier market into repeatable GTM playbooks.
 
You Might Be a Fit If
- Student or recent grad (or career-switcher) with 0–2 years relevant experience.
 - Clear writer, confident communicator, and comfortable with cold outreach.
 - Strong with Google Sheets/Excel; can build simple models and tidy data.
 - Research-driven, detail-oriented, and calm under ambiguity.
 - Curious about Web3, RWA, proptech, drones - happy to learn fast.
 - Owner mindset: you ask “what’s the next step?” and then take it.
 
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on with real-estate brokerage, city/government outreach, or B2B SaaS BD.
 - Web3 community management, basic tokenomics literacy, or GIS mapping familiarity.
 - Slide craft (Google Slides/PowerPoint) and light design polish.
 
Tools You’ll Use
HubSpot/Pipedrive (or similar), Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, Telegram/Discord, basic DeFi dashboards, DocuSign/Canva when needed.
