Join our dynamic team as an IT Project Manager, where you’ll play a vital role in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects of varying complexity. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in IT project management and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success through effective planning, coordination, and communication. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution
Develop and implement standardized project plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and oversee milestones for successful delivery. Conduct weekly touchpoints and provide detailed status reports to senior management and clients. Continuously improve IT project management processes and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to gather and clarify project requirements.
Team Leadership
Lead, inspire, and motivate project teams to achieve shared goals. Mentor junior team members to support their growth and professional development.
Risk Management
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary. Perform regular risk reviews to ensure continuous oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance
Establish and uphold quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct regular reviews to assess and enhance project outcomes.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare and share comprehensive project status updates with stakeholders. Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including plans, requirements, design documents, and issue logs.
Client Communication
Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication and updates. Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years in IT project management roles. Preferred background in IT consulting roles or projects overseeing IT consulting engagements. Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ITIL 4 Foundation certification (if currently not held, will be obtained within six months, course provided by Flycast)
