WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand business needs and collect relevant data and KPIs.
- Clean, process, and analyze data using SQL and Python to support reporting and business decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor key business metrics.
- Conduct basic trend and attribution analyses to help identify business opportunities or issues.
- Document findings clearly to ensure results are easy to understand and reference.
- Support data quality checks and help improve data consistency and accuracy.
- Learn and develop a good understanding of internal data structures and tools to become more independent over time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related roles (internship experience is also considered).
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Basic programming skills in Python for data processing and simple analysis.
- Familiar with at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Qlik, Power BI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis or data analysis frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with business analysis projects or reporting tasks.
- Interest in internet, e-commerce, or financial services industries.
