Web3 Operations Associate

As anOperations Associate,your role would centre around providing internal support and scaling internal systems for Nansen. As such, your contributions to the team will have abroad and wide ranging impact.

You would ideally be located in areas observing UTC +0 to UTC+2.

The role is100% remote.

The position isfull-time.

What will you be doing?

You'll be assisting the Operations Team with daily operations and systems support to ensure the platform runs smoothly:

• Manage projects for business performance improvement
• Complete administrative and logistical day-to-day tasks
• Manage inter-departmental stakeholders for company-wide initiatives

• Give input, develop, and execute standard operating procedures

• Scale processes for a hypergrowth company

• 1+ years experience in a tech company
• An ability toself-organizein a remote-first work environment
