About the Opportunity
We’re looking for our first-ever Partner Operations Manager to lead the charge in supporting our partners with customer support issues, identifying pain points, and improving the end-to-end customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to help our partners scale their operations and make a tangible impact in a fast-growing, crypto-forward industry. You’ll collaborate with a team of experienced operators who are enthusiastic about building innovative solutions in the web3 space.

What You Will Do…

    • Enhance the B2B Support Experience: Lead efforts to improve the end-to-end partner support journey.
    • Collaborate on Tools and Dashboards: Partner with product and engineering teams to optimize dashboards and tools to enable self service capabilities and enhance end user support.
    • Integrate Blockchain and AI Solutions: Provide insights and recommendations on leveraging blockchain and AI technologies to enhance the customer and partner experience.
    • Feedback Loop Management: Gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback from partners to influence our product and engineering roadmaps effectively.
    • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our Enterprise team to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with partner needs and company goals.

About You

    • Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a partner support operations role, with a proven track record of improving support processes and driving impactful outcomes.
    • Crypto-Forward Mindset: You’re deeply invested in web3, with a degen edge and a thorough understanding of customer pain points in the crypto industry.
    • First Principles Approach: You align with MoonPay Operations’ first principles:
    • Keep Customers First: Always prioritize customer experience for frictionless and intuitive interactions.
    • Act with Clarity: Communicate and escalate issues with precision to ensure alignment and swift resolution.
    • Iterate with Curiosity: Stay curious, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
    • Zero in on Data: Use data-driven insights to prioritize, measure, and adapt strategies effectively.
    • Execute with Focus: Approach tasks with specificity, intention, and a relentless drive for meaningful outcomes.
    • Never Compromise on Trust: Earn and maintain trust daily by safeguarding user safety, privacy, and integrity at every step.
