About the Role
As our People Operations Specialist, you will build and scale our people operations function as our organisation grows. You’ll oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to onboarding to performance management—while acting as a trusted advisor to people managers and leadership and working on strategic initiatives such as compensation planning. In this role you will make a major impact on the organization’s internal communications and culture. You will become a champion of the best employee experience while making sure our people processes are simple and effective.
Day to Day
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
Onboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to ensure they feel welcomed and supported
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting frameworks.
Growth: develop and implement employee growth initiatives, including training programs, career pathing, and skill development opportunities.
Offboarding: Handle exit interviews and processes with professionalism to gather insights and ensure a positive experience for departing employees.

2. Culture Champion
Act as the guardian of our company culture. Collaborate with leadership on planning initiatives, events, and programs that strengthen team cohesion and engagement.
Champion a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace

Serve as the go-to person for employee feedback, creating an open environment where employees feel heard and supported.
3. People Managers & Leadership Support
Partner with people managers to build their leadership capabilities through coaching and guidance on team management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
Provide HR policy expertise and support leadership in making strategic people decisions.

Drive organizational effectiveness by helping leadership align people strategies with business goals.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee and improve all HR processes, including vendors and benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws.
Develop and maintain employee records and HR systems for accuracy and efficiency.

Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years as HR generalist or People Operations Specialist preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Demonstrable track record of building and implementing people operations processes.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment
A proactive, solutions-oriented thinker who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, resourceful and process driven
Passionate about people, their growth and wellbeing
Proficient in English and Czech, with strong communication skills in each language.
Able to come to our Prague office a couple of days a week.
