Web3 Product Designer

What You’ll Do

• You’ll be the sole designer in the team
• Work in a product in DeFi, an exciting and fast-paced industry
• Find solutions to nuanced and complex user experience problems
• Own the creative process from ideation to final deliverable
• Test designs and conduct interviews with users
• Understand best practices for carrying out UX research & discovery
• Develop low fidelity mockups to design and validate solutions
• Bring your designs to life in their best form
• Work closely with team members to perform rapid prototype iterations
• Work 100% remotely with flexible hours

What You Need

• English proficiency
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
• A portfolio of relevant work, specifically UI/UX and interaction design
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
• Expert-level knowledge of Sketch, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
• Problem solving skills (ability to break down sophisticated problems and apply analytical thinking with detailed execution)
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• User-centric mindset

What Is Desirable

• Knowledge of behavioural science and psychology
• Good understanding of DeFi.
• Regular participant in hackathons
• Previous work on financial or data-intensive applications
