As we expand, we’re seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our data product and shape its future.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the end-to-end development of our data product, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Translate market needs and user insights into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Define and prioritize product features, aligning them with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Shape the long-term strategy and evolution of the data product, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to refine the product and uncover new possibilities.
- Monitor and assess product performance post-launch, iterating based on data and stakeholder input.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or Web3.
- Proven track record of owning and launching successful products, preferably data-driven or blockchain-related.
- Strong technical background or ability to effectively collaborate with development teams (you can speak devs’ language).
- Solid understanding of staking, blockchain infrastructure, DeFi tools, and token mechanics.
- Deep knowledge of the blockchain product market and emerging trends.
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones with cross-functional and international teams.
- Fluent in English — both written and spoken (C1+ level).
Nice to Have:
- Experience contributing to or managing data-driven products in the crypto space.
- Familiarity with validator infrastructure, staking solutions, or blockchain analytics.
- Past work with crypto wallets, cross-chain bridges, or staking interfaces.
- Exposure to working with exchanges or enterprise clients in a product capacity.
