Web3 Product Operations Analyst

The Role:

We are looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our Product department who will contribute to Autograph’s success by centrally tracking the delivery of UX features and UI assets required to support the company’s website (Autograph.io). This is an opportunity to assist in the core build of our product with a focus on ensuring the proper UX features & website assets successfully contribute to the overall user experience. This Product Operations Analyst will have a background in project management, strength in communication and proficiency in financial analysis. This role will include the opportunity to interact with teams across the organization (Product, Marketing, Technology, ++).

Responsibilities:

• Organize & track the delivery of UX features required for upcoming website functionality
• Identify & track the delivery of UI (website) assets required to support upcoming drops and functionality by coordinating across internal UX & Creative teams as well as potential external vendors
• Convert key financial (sales) metrics across multiple drop platforms into aggregate reports for senior leadership
• Coordinate across Product & Technology teams to ensure UX features convert into proper tech build specifications
• Document upcoming blog posts which summarize user information about upcoming drops and user functionality
• Assist in NFT delivery management by identifying risk areas for specific drops and managing internal teams to mitigate those delivery risks
• Coordinate with external drop platforms to provide proper NFT metadata and ensure the successful minting of NFTs based on drop dates
• Coordinate with internal Marketing department to ensure marketing assets and their roll-out are aligned with the NFTs created, the drop mechanics communicated to users and the website updated for those specific drops
• Execute QA/UAT testing of website features and prioritize (where identified) applicable bugs & defects for resolution

Minimum Qualifications:

• You have a background in project management and experience using project management tooling (i.e. JIRA, Asana, Excel)
• You are a clear communicator (both written & verbal) with the ability to convert complex topics into actionable next steps (i.e. features / epics / stories)
• You have professional experience within finance, accounting and/or risk management resulting in being comfortable managing and slicing financial data

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have professional experience within e-commerce (ideally focus on sports, media, tech and/or popular culture)
• You have proficiency in financial analysis tooling (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, ++)
• You have knowledge of the NFT space and/or blockchain technology
