What you’ll do

As a Program Manager, you will be helping formulate business requirements for products and clients within a new business that specializes in NFTs, helping to build the future of fan, community and brand engagement, artistic expression, content creation and distribution. You will be responsible for participating in world-class development and creative work, concepting, producing and launching NFT projects together with some of the world’s leading brands, sports teams, and brands. You will also be responsible for creating content and collateral for all marketing touch points, including defining brand voice in terms of visuals and narrative, while ensuring high quality and consistency.

PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the collection of the internal and external projects as a portfolio
• Manage the capacity planning process for the Treum Delivery Teams; make timeline and resource tradeoffs
• Evaluate the technical, management, and resource capabilities of channel partners
• Establish and execute an oversight program for the channel partners to enable successful execution of the project and adherence to the contractual terms
• Advise and develop contractual provisions for contracts with clients
• Support project startup process with Project Owners with a focus on resource allocation
• Identify, specify, and implement tactical and strategic improvements to the overall program management operation
• Develop tools, documentation and processes to improve productivity
• Enable effective cross-team collaboration
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Be a strong advocate in the community and voice in support and partner channels
• Specify integration scenarios and technical requirements
• Facilitate the creation of documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple projects simultaneously. Program management experience is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
• Familiarity with agile and test-driven development
• Experience managing complex technology projects
• Experience managing projects involving multiple teams/stakeholder
• Proven experience in defining and delivering on a product roadmap
• Track record of transitioning immature or emerging technologies into consumer products
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Waffle and Trello a plus
• Experience in the field of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
