The Role
The DeFi team at Trilitech is responsible for fostering an ecosystem of applications and infrastructure on Tezos and Etherlink. As the Project Coordinator, you'll become the backbone of our ambitious initiatives. We are looking for someone driven and proactive to be the driving force behind our mission to revolutionise the world of DeFi.

What you'll do

• Acting as the primary liaison for the DeFi team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

• Handling all administrative duties for the Head of DeFi, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and other support tasks

• Taking charge of organising and prioritising tasks and projects within the team, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and are completed on time

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of budget allocation and expenses, keeping a close eye on financial guidelines and expenditure

• Monitoring project progress and reporting on key metrics, identifying any potential risks or deviations from timelines and goals

• Serving as a knowledgeable resource for both internal and external stakeholders, providing information and facilitating discussions related to finance on-chain for Tezos and associated roll-ups.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the DeFi industry, offering valuable insights and recommendations to the team

What you'll need

• Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the blockchain or crypto sector

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks

• Familiarity with DeFi concepts and protocols, or the desire to learn
