About Toku
Crypto has had tremendous growth over the last several years. That growth comes with inevitable regulation. Regulation, in our view, is a good thing because it increases adoption.

Organizations that enable this transition from the pre-regulation to post-regulation environment - the companies compliantly navigate a changing regulatory landscape, or better yet, facilitate it, will be some of the most relevant organizations of the future. Toku will be one of those companies.

Toku’s products enable crypto-native companies to compliantly compensate their teams in both fiat and tokens in over 100 teams globally. Toku’s growing list of customers includes Aragon, Astar, dYdX, Filecoin Foundation, Gitcoin, Gnosis, Hedera Hashgraph, Protocol Labs, Teller, Safe, Storyverse, and others.

Paying people with tokens is such an obvious and early real-world use case of any token, regardless of what else the token can do. All tokens can be used to compensate workers - and in fact, are! Toku ensures that all token compensation is managed legally, and proper taxes are paid. This is a critical part of the transition to a post-regulation crypto industry.

Toku raised $20 million from a consortium led by Blockchain Capital with Protocol Labs, GMJP, OrangeDAO, Orrick, Reverie, Quantstamp, Next Web Capital, and prominent angel investors including Protocol Labs founder Juan Benet and Alchemy co-founders Nikil Viswanathan and Joe Lau. Read more about Toku in Fortune, Yahoo Finance, and CoinDesk.

    • Perform scheduled tests according to predefined scripts, meticulously executing tasks to identify any deviations from expected outcomes.
    • Log issues in a detailed and systematic manner, providing clear reproduction steps, and collaborate with the development team to prioritize fixes.
    • Write scripts for automatic bug reproduction, making it easier to identify, document, and rectify issues swiftly.
    • Uphold our quality standards by rigorously validating that fixes and updates meet the intended requirements without introducing new issues.
    • Contribute to the development of QA infrastructure that supports more efficient and effective testing strategies, using your programming knowledge to automate and streamline testing processes.
    • Collaborate with development teams to understand complex software behaviors and devise tests that cover all possible scenarios and edge cases.
    • Maintain meticulous records of bugs and issues, providing detailed documentation that facilitates quick resolution.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Demonstrated experience in QA engineering, with a strong grasp of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
    • Proficient in writing clear and effective test plans and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
    • Solid programming skills and experience with automated testing tools, with the ability to develop scripts for bug reproduction and QA infrastructure enhancements.
    • Exceptional focus on details to spot discrepancies that others might overlook.
    • A patience for routine and repetitive tasks and perseverance to perform these tasks diligently over time.

Benefits & Compensation

    • A competitive salary that reflects the critical role you play in our success.
    • The flexibility of a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
    • An opportunity to be part of a team that values innovation and is committed to making a difference through quality software solutions.
