SALT is hiring a Web3 Senior Account Executive

About the Position
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for bringing new customers into our crypto backed lending product. Reporting to our Chief Growth Officer, you will manage complex loan sales cycles and coordinate with SALT’s internal resources as well as partner domain experts to progress opportunities to contract . A big part of this job is sourcing leads, building relationships and being present in enough places for when potential customers are in need of a crypto backed loan.Your success will be directly measured by and compensated upon engaging customers' to use the SALT platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers
- LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, wherever crypto backed loan potential customers might be
- Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet their goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential bespoke or new loan structures
- Recommend marketing strategies or sales funnels to target a specific region or demographic
- Generate and submit sales reports to management
- Use a pipeline management system like CopperCRM
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, lending or digital lending sales.
- Deep understanding of lending models and lending cycles.
- History of closing complex sales in competitive markets.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Established relationships and presence within cryptocurrency, fintech, or lending.
