Description:

1. Handle full set of account including management accounts independently
2. Handle expense approval
3. Assist in payment and liaise with bank when needed
4. Liaise with auditors/tax representatives
5. Liaise with other departments for new business/policy implementation in accounting prospective
6. Accounting system implementation: assist in accounting system migration from Kingdee to Oracle NetSuite and implementation of inhouse expense approval system
7. Support ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirement:

1. Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines (ACCA or equivalent preferred)
2. At least 5 years relevant experience (audit experience is an advantage)
3. Experience in accounting system implementation is preferred
4. Detail-minded, hands-on and able to multi-task
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good Command in both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
7. Experience in MNC is an advantage
