About the Position As a Senior Mobile Engineer at FreshCut, you will own feature development and software architecture for various components of the FreshCut mobile application. You will build polished mobile experiences that contribute to the livelihood of gaming creators. As a FreshCut team member, you will value speed of execution over quality - products are never perfect when they are first released. You will also be a crucial part of our unannounced project that seeks to shake up the creator patronage model with blockchain / decentralized technologies.

Responsibilities - Develop and deliver features for FreshCut's iOS & Android applications, owning features through inception, design, implementation, and launch - Collaborate with product & design to build beautiful interfaces that look great and run smoothly - Ship quickly, test, and iterate based on data and user feedback - Act as a key partner in product planning, roadmap review, and resource allocation

Requirements - 4+ years of experience developing consumer mobile applications on Android or iOS - Understanding of mobile development frameworks and app fundamentals - Passionate about good UI/UX with an eye for detail and polish - Self-starter mentality and able to work independently and autonomously - Experience working in an Agile environment

Bonus Points - Experience with Flutter & Dart - Experience or interest in blockchain / decentralized technologies - Experience with Figma, Zeplin and similar tools

Location - HQ in Los Angeles, local employees have flexible partial WFH policy. - Can be full-time remote with travel to HQ for onsite requirements.
