Web3 Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Engineer at L2BEAT, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and complex projects that will help drive the growth and development of the Ethereum ecosystem and DeFi protocols. You will work with a talented and innovative team of experts in the blockchain and DeFi space to provide the best research about various L2 projects, often knowing more about them than their own research teams.

Key Responsibilities:

💻 Adding new functionality to the l2beat.com website

💻 Implementing integrations with various L2 systems

💻 Building APIs and data processing subsystems

💻 Using TypeScript, Ethers.js, Yarn workspaces, Koa, PostgreSQL, React, Solidity

Qualifications:

👉 You resonate with the L2BEAT mission of bringing transparency into the scaling space

👉 You have a BSc degree in Computer Science (completed or in progress) and also a deep understanding of the subject

👉 You worked for at least 4-5 years in TypeScript or any statically typed language

👉 You have the ability to work independently, a willingness to take on responsibility, and you're known for a hands-on approach

👉 You are willing to learn and constantly grow your skills

👉 You value open communication and are not afraid to ask questions

👉 You want to work on open-source projects with respect for best programming practices (clean code, testing)

👉 You have experience with blockchain tech
