Web3 Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps/Infra)

We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.

We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps/Infra) to join our Engineering team, to build the most secure and trustworthy cloud-native application using the latest tech stack. This role is the subject matter expert for PINTU’s application development on the reliability side

What You’ll Be Doing

You will support PINTU engineers by creating an effective and efficient development cycle. Using your technical knowledge and passion for site reliability engineering culture, you will team up with our top engineers to build the most secure and reliable blockchain-based investment platform for new investors in South East Asia

In this role, you will:

• Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them
• Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration
• Assist other engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including materials, manpower, and time necessary
• Provide clear goals for all areas of a project and develop steps to oversee their timely execution
• Work closely with engineering within the company to maintain software needed for projects to be completed efficiently
• Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes company-wide
• Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
• Manage Pintu software infrastructure including network access, application, and database server
• Manage user access to the cloud platform, API, application, and database server

Who We Are Looking For

• An engineer that has the knowledge and experienced knowledge of several cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure
• An engineer that is technically Able to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks
• An engineer that has the skills to solve the problem with effective communication and a sense of drive.
