Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development:

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Python & Node.js Mastery: Expert-level hands-on Python & Node.js skills are mandatory.
- API Frameworks: Deep experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for building production-ready services.
- Database Expertise: Solid command of relational database concepts, expert SQL querying skills, and experience with performance tuning.
- Automation Background: Significant experience contributing to or leading large-scale automation projects (e.g., automated financial reporting, bulk data processing, or enterprise-wide workflow orchestration).
- Domain Knowledge: Practical experience in the backend requirements for payment reconciliation and KYC compliance.
- Proficient in speaking English and experienced in collaboration with global teams.
Nice to have:
- Kubernetes/Docker, Applied AI Development experience
- Strong desire for doing things better and faster, attention to detail and holding strong responsibility to his/her tasks.
