What We Do
The Ecosystem Engineering team is a horizontal team of strategically deployed engineers that live at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation in the Solana ecosystem. We support teams small and large by providing technical guidance, architecture review, and maximize our leverage by driving adoption of technical public goods through code and coordination.

To be successful in this role
You will:
Develop, maintain, and support open source tooling and SDKs for popular game engines such as Unity and Unreal
Main focuses are on account management, inventory database integrations, interoperability. These will be open source tools, guides, and templates that will enables games and game service providers to interface with Solana
Interact effectively with other team members and game studios building on the Solana network.
You ideally have:
3+ years of experience in game development in Unity and/or Unreal
Experience managing gaming database connections, game tools, building APIs / SDKs
The ability to write scripts to improve monitoring and automation
A special interest in making fun games that happen to use blockchain technologies (a ton of them!)
C# or C++ expertise (pref both)
Bonus points:
Familiarity with Rust / JavaScript / TypeScript (especially in the context of the Solana core protocol and RPC)
Experience with smart contract-enabled blockchains like Solana, Ethereum, or Cosmos
Experience as an open source contributor
