Web3 Software Engineer – Margin Trading

Role

We’re seeking an Entry-Level / New Grade Software Developer (2+ years experience) to help build and scale low-latency backend systems for our decentralized trading platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product, and design in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize high-performance trading systems
• Develop scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Optimize databases and data pipelines for high-volume workloads
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship features and fixes
• Write clean, secure, and performant code
• Debug and resolve production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (transcript required)
• 2+ years of professional backend software development experience
• Familiarity with databases, distributed systems, networking, and OS fundamentals
• Proficiency in Golang or Rust
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Passionate about DeFi, crypto, or financial/trading systems
