About the Role
As the team leader of the Strategy Operations workstream, you will build & lead the team to drive the delivery of strategic projects as effectively & efficiently as possible, and help ensure our business operations metrics are optimized.

Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of strategy operations members to achieve the below:

• Monitor the operational data of our business (with the help of the data team), and investigate abnormalities timely
• Identify areas for improvement in business operations and proactively propose improvements
• Drive the efficient & effective execution of strategic business projects, such as designing frameworks & processes and collaborating with teams to implement them; providing project management support as needed etc.,
• Support the strategy of expanding business operations, e.g., provide inputs from a business point of view on our license roadmap
• Support strategic partnerships to improve our business operations & processes
• Support other strategic initiatives as appropriate, e.g., data analysis related to internal business data

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 6+ years of full-time work experience in in-house business operations with a company and/or experience with operational excellence & improvement projects from management consulting
• Experience managing a team
• Knowledgeable in operational system implementation and process re-engineering
• Strong business acumen with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Understanding the crypto industry will be advantageous
• Fluency in English. Cantonese and Mandarin will be optional and a plus
