Web3 Trading Analyst

The Trading Analyst will be a member of the Finance trading desk focused on actively managing the custody lending and wholesale borrow/lend books.
Responsibilities

• Optimize returns for custody lending clients and the sources and uses of the prime product to meet CoinFlip strategic product needs
• Deep functional product knowledge of financing trading instruments including front to back trade lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across traditional and crypto-native financing counterparties
• Work with internal groups to develop the financing trading product including technology, legal, credit, operational and control functions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance
• 1-3 years relevant experience in financial services, crypto, or technology
• Creatively problem solve issues using experience in both crypto and traditional finance markets
• Direct experience in crypto financing markets and infrastructure a strong plus
• Curiosity to chase problems to root cause and rollup sleeves to investigate the unknown/unusual
• Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization

Nice To Have

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains
• General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto
