Web3 Trading Operations Manager

- Manage trade operations including import/export activities and compliance with regulations

- Oversee trade processing, documentation, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute trade transactions efficiently

- Monitor trade agreements, tariffs, and trade policies to optimize trade processes

- Resolve any trade-related issues or discrepancies that may arise

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trade operations or related field

- Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies

- Knowledge of trading platforms and methods in Web3 including different L1 chains and cross-chain trading.

- Strong understanding of trade operations, international trade regulations, and customs compliance

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
