Who are you?

An NFT enthusiast, a sophisticated strategist, and ultimate team player who will create value in any situation. You understand where the crypto world has been and where it’s going, but you also make killer slides and can use excel without a mouse. You have a passion for making shit happen and a hunger to learn how to create meaningful NFT programs that drive engagement and extend brand experiences. However, you also understand that good ideas can come from anywhere and are open-minded when working with teammates. You are OK to work with OG crypto nerds way smarter and more crypto-native than you, but you can talk the talk, walk the walk, and are willing to help build structure, process, and elevate the strategic thinking. All this said, you are also ready to get your hands dirty and be a servant leader - no egos here.

Here’s where you come in.

• Act as a bridge between Fortune 500 Executives and crypto / Web3 culture
• Serve as an inventive champion with the ability to break down complex tasks and create clarity from complexity
• Lead market assessment and strategy workstreams including scoping, research, analytics, strategy, and design
• Keen sense of developing high-level commercial strategy, crypto strategy (e.g. tokenomics and mechanics), and tactical execution roadmaps
• Out-of-the-box perspective on data and research to find interesting consumer insights we can leverage
• Deep understanding of crypto market fundamentals and a history following and participating in the space
• Deck crafter - someone that can write broad storylines and detail out ideas and insights that are clear, concise, and consistently client-ready
• Player / coach mentality and work ethic

The ideal candidate has:

• A deep and demonstrable passion for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, Metaverse, Web3
• ​​8+ years of relevant work experience including time at a top tier management consultancy, investment bank or private equity firm, with a professional or personal background in crypto / Web3
• MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• Experience leading teams, reviewing / coaching junior staff, and managing across multiple initiatives in complex, multi-geography, multi-cultural environments
• Self-starter and demonstrates ability to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients
• Responsible, accountable, cool, and always kind because you love the magic of collaboration
• A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing VaynerNFT family
• Ability to develop pointed and insightful conclusions from data and present strategy and direction to C-level clients
