Your Purpose

Who You Are

The VP of people is a strategic leader who aligns HR strategies with business goals, fosters an inclusive culture, and oversees talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring a high talent density and positive work environment.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in a high-growth tech company or similar industry
  • Experience in scaling HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passionate about people and organizational developmen
  • Culturally aware and adaptable in a diverse workplace
  • Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

What You Will Do

  • Refine, design and deliver Bitso global talent management programs including performance management, talent reviews and leadership succession
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to Bitso global talent acquisition team
  • Develop and manage strategies for talent acquisition and development
  • Create people strategies that drive a high-performance culture and exceptional employee experiences
  • Ensure the assessment, development, and expertise of a leadership bench capable of addressing the challenges of a highly dynamic organization
