Who You Are
The VP of people is a strategic leader who aligns HR strategies with business goals, fosters an inclusive culture, and oversees talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring a high talent density and positive work environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in a high-growth tech company or similar industry
- Experience in scaling HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passionate about people and organizational developmen
- Culturally aware and adaptable in a diverse workplace
- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement

What You Will Do
- Refine, design and deliver Bitso global talent management programs including performance management, talent reviews and leadership succession
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to Bitso global talent acquisition team
- Develop and manage strategies for talent acquisition and development
- Create people strategies that drive a high-performance culture and exceptional employee experiences
- Ensure the assessment, development, and expertise of a leadership bench capable of addressing the challenges of a highly dynamic organization
