About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and dynamic Growth Marketing Lead to launch and scale our 0-to-1 data product in the crypto investment management space. As the first hire in marketing, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all product areas. This includes refining positioning and messaging to align with market trends and target audience insights while driving execution of growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention channels
 
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and leadership teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.This is a builder role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape the product’s go-to-market success from the ground up.
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and implement innovative campaigns across web, social media and other applicable acquisition channels to build brand awareness and drive product adoption.
  • Lead the development and execution of a growth marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, activation, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and brand teams to create a campaign, while driving content and performance marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, translating market / customer response into creating an effective feedback loop.
  • Foster organic growth through community engagement, partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Partner with the product team to identify growth opportunities, optimize features, execute growth experiments and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the product roadmap.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the crypto, Web3, and fintech ecosystems, bringing new ideas to enhance the competitive edge of the product.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in growth or product marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or Web3 (Crypto marketing experience ideal).
  • Proven track record scaling 0-to-1 or PLG-led products.
  • Experience in copywriting, social media marketing, community building, thought leadership strategies with strong storytelling skills
  • Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Twitter/X Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Web3-native ad platforms).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, excelling in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments where iteration and rapid execution are critical.
  • Strong data-driven mindset for interpreting metrics and driving decisions using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and HubSpot.
  • Passion for and knowledge of web3 and crypto.


This role is based in New York, and will be expected to work from our New York office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.

Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
