Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Engineering.
Researching and designing new software systems, applications, and interfaces.
Mentoring and building a team in order to deliver a quality product
Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software systems.
Maintaining software code and security systems.
Meeting with Development Managers, Program Managers, and Executives to discuss the scope and status of software projects.
Creating technical documents.

Required Skills And Experience

7-10+ years + years of total software engineering experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience..
Experience creating robust, scalable SaaS solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Methodical, organized, and a self-starter.
Programming Languages: Crystal (or Ruby)
Other : Swagger / OpenAPI, REST, JSON, Distributed systems, PostgreSQL
Ops Technologies: Git, Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
